"Kolby"
Meet Kolby, a 3-year old Boxer Mix. Kolby is a mellow girl looking to find a forever home. She can be a little reserved around new people, but will open up in no time. She can be very sweet and enjoys going for regular walks. Her need for confidence building, as well as not having mastered all her obedience skills, makes her a great candidate for the obedience classes we offer at the shelter with discounted rates for adoptees. She should do fine sharing a new home with some other dogs and dog savvy cats, but no children please, as they will be too much for her to handle. If you'd like to adopt this regal lady, please fill out an adoption questionnaire and then bring your entire family, including dogs, in to meet her.
Our Paws Across America program has saved the lives of hundreds of puppies and dogs. When we have the space available, we work with volunteers in Louisiana, Indiana and Georgia to transport puppies and dogs from overcrowded facilities to Maine for a second chance at life. Please help us to continue this life-saving mission. These dogs have a $60.00 transfer fee when adopted.
