 Adopt Dogs

"Zeus"

"Look deeply into my eyes...you are ready to adopt a puppy... you are mesmerized by how adorable I am...you are going to the Animal Welfare Society first thing on Thursday, February 2nd to bring me home. When I clap my paws you will not remember this but you will start preparing your home for the fun and excitement of having a puppy...."

Did it work?!?!

Meet Zeus, a 12 week old Boxer/Beagle Mix puppy from Indiana. He is full of fun and energy and eager to find a forever home. Zeus is such a smarty pants that he already knows the command "sit"! Taking a Puppy Obedience Class at the AWS would be a great way to continue his training. He shared his foster home with other dogs and cats and he adores children of all ages. If he has hypotized you with his charm and you really are ready to adopt a puppy, please fill out an adoption questionnaire and then bring your whole family, including dogs to the AWS to meet him. Better hurry though, as darlings like him don't remain on the adoption floor for long. Learn more about adopting at the Animal Welfare Society.

There is a $60.00 transportation fee for transfer dogs. Our Paws Across America program has saved the lives of hundreds of puppies and dogs. When we have the space available, we work with volunteers in Alabama, Louisiana, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, Ohio, Mississippi and Georgia to transport puppies and dogs from overcrowded facilities to Maine for a second chance at life.

Please help us to continue this life-saving mission.

Want to adopt this dog? please fill out a questionnaire.
