"Zoey"
 My name is Zoey and I am a three year old spayed Black German Shepherd Dog. Yes, that’s right a German Shepherd. You don’t see many of us around, usually German Shepherds are black and tan, black and red or white. I am a typical Shepherd; smart, active and eager to learn. I am a working dog and need my new family to make sure I get lots of exercise physically and mentally. We Shepherds love to use our heads. Obedience classes are a great way for you and I to learn to work as a team and for me to bond with my new people. Shepherds are very loyal and love their people. I am no exception. As with many Shepherds I do well with some, but not all dogs. If you already have a dog at home make sure to bring him or her to the shelter so the staff can introduce us. I can live with kids over twelvebut, when it comes to felines I can not handle living with them. If you are special like me come to my kennel and let’s get to know each other.
