Despite rumors to the contrary, the state has still not been awarded custody of the Buxton puppy mill seized animals. Yesterday, John Frasca failed to appear before the Biddeford District Court and there is now a warrent out for his arrest.

If custody is awarded to the state it will be several weeks before the dogs and pups are spayed and neutered and are fully treated for any medical problems. People are urged to watch the website for available dogs. There will be a fundraiser to benefit the Buxton puppy mill dogs this Saturday, November 17th at the Holiday in by the Bay in Portland.
