Dog Obedience Classes - Schedule and Registration Form

Here is the Current Class Schedule. Please make your selection in the form below.
Please note that the shelter is closed for adoptions and visitation on
Wednesdays, however Obedience Classes still occur.
Registration Form
Use this form to submit your Dog Obedience Class Registration.
After completing the form, choose either the "Submit Online"
or "Print and Mail Form" button at the bottom.
Choose "Submit Online" to send the registration form directly to us electronically when you submit the form.
If you submit the form online, you will need to arrange payment by either calling us with your
credit card information (207-985-3244), or sending a check to us at the address indicated below.
Choose "Print and Mail Form" if you would prefer to mail your registration
together with a check. You may also call in your credit card information if
you print and mail the form (207-985-3244).
Fields marked with a red asterisk * are required. You must provide some
information for required fields.
When you submit this application your spot will be
temporarily reserved. You must call the shelter
and make payment arrangements by credit card,
or mail your payment to the shelter so that it is
recieved at least one week prior to the start of the first class.

of the class to the address below.

Registering online does not guarantee placement. You will receive final
confirmation once registration form has been processed.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule please give 48 hours notice as these
classes fill up quickly and we often have a waiting list.
