Our "Nibbles and Nips" Cookbook appeared on WCSH Channel 6's 207!
Nibbles and Nips is a collection of recipes for hors d’oeuvres, beverages and pet treats, with contributions from local inns, restaurants and caterers. The recipes are the favorites of the contributors, and many hours have been spent testing to make certain that ingredients and directions are complete and easy to follow. Veterinarian Dr. Joseph D. Maynard has reviewed the pet recipes.
Special recipes highlighted within the book include contributions from the First Ladies of the Kennebunks. Laura Bush’s famous Pickled Shrimp and Barbara Bush’s favorite Crab or Clam Dip alone make Nibbles and Nips a must for every kitchen.
Nibbles and Nips, creatively illustrated by Kennebunkport’s Cindy Hesson, is $8.00 (100% of the profits will benefit the Animal Welfare Society, West Kennebunk, Maine), and is on the shelves at Dannah, Keys to the Kitchen, Marlows, Ocean Rose Cottage and Port Bakery, Kennebunk; Cliff House, Hurricane Provisions and Village Food Market, Ogunquit; Carrots, Port Bistro, Kennebunk Book Port, Kennebunkport; Bradbury Bros. Market, Cape Porpoise; and All’s Well Books, Wells.

Congdon's Breakfast Cookbook - This cookbook compiled and published by Congdon's, is filled with great breakfast ideas and alumni photos. It cost $8.00 and all proceeds benefit AWS!
